1. If there is water leakage or seepage in the medium frequency electric furnace, first find out the water leakage position, whether the leakage point is on both sides of the coil or on the inside or outside of the coil, and determine the repair method of coil water leakage according to the difficulty of repair.
2. In principle, the medium frequency electric furnace < / a > water leakage repair needs to be stopped for repair. Do not carry out live work, and safety first. The leakage part can be repaired by red copper welding or adhesive.
3. There shall be no water in the coil of medium frequency electric furnace. It is necessary to drain all the water in the coil to avoid bubbles affecting leakage repair.

To repair the internal water leakage of the coil of the medium frequency electric furnace, it is necessary to smash the water leakage part of the furnace lining on the copper pipe of the coil; If the coil temperature is too high, it is necessary to reduce the coil temperature to normal temperature and repair the leakage.
5. After the water leakage point is determined, different repair methods shall be taken according to the size of the hole at the water leakage point of the coil of the medium frequency electric furnace, the degree of corrosion or whether the breakdown is serious. If the hole is too large, red copper welding repair method shall be adopted in principle; If it is just a water seepage crack, it can be pasted with thin copper sheet.
6. For the leaky medium frequency electric furnace coil repaired by pasting method, it is strictly prohibited to lack water in use, and the coil copper tube shall not be heated too high. Too high temperature will affect the service life of pasting and repairing leakage, and even the leakage point will crack again.
7. After the repair of the intermediate frequency electric furnace coil, conduct the pressure test, and carefully observe whether there is water leakage at the repair place to ensure that the intermediate frequency electric furnace coil leakage repair is intact.
