why does the melting furnace of medium frequency with series circut save energy

The parallel SCR 0.5-ton intermediate frequency furnace needs a 500KW transformer to drive, while the series inverter 0.5-ton intermediate frequency furnace can work normally with a 300KW transformer. - The product always maintains constant power output during the smelting process. Compared with the parallel inverter intermediate frequency power supply, the power adjustment method is different. The parallel intermediate frequency power supply adjusts the DC voltage, while the product produced by our company is frequency adjusted. It is not affected by the amount of charge and maintains a constant power throughout the melting process. Especially when smelting stainless steel, copper, industrial silicon, aluminum and other non-magnetic materials, it shows its superiority. The melting speed is fast, the element burning of the charge is less, the energy saving effect is better, and the casting cost is reduced.
- The power transformer has a small capacity. Taking a half-ton furnace as an example, the half-ton series intermediate frequency furnace only needs 300KW, and the transformer low-voltage measurement voltage is 380V. In this way, for ordinary foundry enterprises, only one transformer below 315KVA is needed. Power and electricity such as lighting, cranes, and water pumps can share one transformer. . Power supply departments in some areas only require transformers greater than 315KW to pay 28 yuan per kilowatt-hour per month. In this way, more than 100,000 yuan can be saved every year.
