The trolley furnace belongs to the cycle time type operation furnace, and the area in the furnace cannot be distinguished. The bottom of the trolley furnace is a movable vehicle. Before heating, the vehicle is placed outside the furnace, and the heating parts are placed on a special block. Then the traction belt organizes the vehicle to be mixed and burned to carry out heating. After heating, the traction belt organizes the vehicle to be heated. The truck will release the external material, and later or use a crane to hoist the heated product workpiece to the forging equipment for production and processing.

The actual operation staff must master the following aspects: the structure and characteristics of the trolley furnace and auxiliary machinery and equipment. The layout of the power distribution system, automatic control system, and the location of the safety device, etc. The actual operation processing technology and safety and safety operating procedures. Check before operation: Check whether the switching power supply of machinery and equipment is normal, whether there are open phases, short-circuit faults or bare wires. Check if the touch at the wiring of the grounding system is good. Check whether there are damaged areas of heating components, whether the touch of each joint is good, and whether there are areas that touch the furnace wall and the cover. Check whether the temperature control system software is abnormal. Check whether the furnace mouth lifts and vehicles enter and exit operations are normal.

Products containing corrosion, volatiles, and flammable vapors are prohibited from entering the furnace wall of the bogie furnace for production and processing to prevent damage to the heating components of the bogie furnace and the service life of refractory insulation materials and cause explosions and other safety accidents. The trolley furnace should not be operated overheated, otherwise the service life of the machinery and equipment will be reduced. Products with excessive scale in the trolley furnace need to be eliminated from entering the furnace, and can be brushed with stainless steel wire. The product workpieces are piled up symmetrically, and the distance from the heating components should be about 100-150mm. Rough actual operation is prohibited, and the product workpiece should be handled with care to prevent impact. During the application of the trolley furnace, the actual operating staff should not leave their positions privately, and be sure to pay attention to whether everything is normal during the work of the trolley furnace anytime and anywhere. When loading and unloading the workpieces of the trolley furnace, be sure to disconnect the switching power supply of the heating components first to ensure the safety of the actual operating staff.

The metal oxides in the trolley furnace (including under the trolley wire) should be removed frequently, at least once a week or once every five furnaces. The bottom plate of the trolley furnace can be blown with air compression. After the heating wire is used, it should not be impacted or bent to prevent cracking. The motor of the bogie furnace needs to be maintained regularly, add grease, etc., pay attention to the application safety. Always check and add grease to the rotating shaft sleeve to prevent damage to the coupling due to insufficient oil. Regularly maintain the application status of heating components. The heating components of the trolley furnace cannot be bent or impacted after being applied in a short period of time. If it is not severely eroded and broken, the same raw material as the trolley wire (or the trolley wire itself) can be used as the welding wire, and acetylene gas is used for heating electric welding, and the welding wire is 50% cloud powder mixed. If the heating components are severely corroded and cannot be used, they should be disassembled and replaced. Check the application status of the instrument panel and thermal resistance of the trolley furnace on time to avoid the error of temperature measurement caused by the deviation of the instrument panel and thermal resistance and endanger the product quality.
