Daily maintenance of medium frequency induction furnace (part two)

The daily maintenance of the medium frequency induction furnace is very important. It can detect various hidden dangers in time, avoid major accidents, extend the service life of the medium frequency induction furnace, ensure safe production, improve the quality of castings, and reduce costs. The main work we need to do is to regularly record the relevant electrical parameters of the medium frequency induction furnace, the cooling water temperature, and the temperature of the key parts of the furnace body (furnace bottom, furnace side, induction coil housing, copper bar, etc.), so that it can be done at any time Only by monitoring the usage of the medium frequency induction furnace can the reliable operation of the medium frequency induction furnace be ensured.

  1. Check if the capacitor of the medium frequency induction furnace is leaking. If oil leaks at the capacitor terminal, use a wrench to tighten the nut at the bottom of the terminal. If you find that the resistance temperature protected by the rectifier of the medium frequency induction furnace is obviously different from other resistances, you should immediately check the cause, whether the capacitor is open circuit or the resistance has been damaged, etc. Generally, the reactor will have a buzzing sound when it is turned on, and it will feel a little jittery. If the medium frequency induction furnace detects the abnormal temperature of the thyristor, you should check the cause immediately to see if the water pipe is folded, causing the water flow to be insufficient and heating, or there is dirt clogging in the thyristor sleeve.
  2. Regularly check whether the load wiring of the medium frequency induction furnace is good, whether the insulation is reliable, and the oxide scale accumulated in the heat-permeable induction coil should be cleaned in time; if the insulating furnace lining is cracked, the medium frequency induction furnace should be replaced in time; the smelting furnace should be replaced with a new furnace lining , It should be noted that the load of the insulation frequency conversion device is located at the work site, and the fault is relatively high, and it is often ignored. Therefore, strengthening the maintenance of the medium frequency induction furnace load to prevent the fault from affecting the frequency conversion power supply is an important part of ensuring the normal operation of the device .
  3. Main points of hydraulic maintenance for medium frequency induction furnace: When using hydraulic oil, pay attention to the cleanliness of the oil and the amount of oil. Generally, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil once every six months and clean the filter once a month. Note that there are two filters in the hydraulic station. Do not let it work at the bottom of the hydraulic station. It must be placed on the shelf inside the hydraulic station to prevent iron filings in the hydraulic station from entering the hydraulic pump and damaging the pump.
  4. For cleaning the pipe sleeve of the medium frequency induction furnace, 20% of the concentration of dilute hydrochloric acid is generally used to circulate the pipe sleeve for 10 to 15 minutes. Generally, after washing, 100% water must be passed through once and dried with compressed air before use, so as not to let the hydrochloric acid rot the medium frequency induction furnace sleeve.
