Customer are the manufacturer of Auto parts, they do not need big melting capacity but need more faster melting rate , at same time all the working situation need meet the rules of the Environmental standards. On the other hand, they need save water to reducer all the process costs

Solution
Normal for 0.4T furnace we supply the 300KW power unit, for this customer we supply the 400kw power unit , more power means less melting time .
For the smoke move, we supply our huaxin-design dust move hood and the small cover for keep the melting temperature
for saving water ,we supply close cooling station ,close type cooling is better than the open one
