Basic configuration of medium frequency furnace:

The medium frequency furnace is an electric furnace for medium frequency heating. As the name suggests, it is an electric heating furnace. Its basic configuration is an medium frequency power supply and a furnace body (inductor coil). According to the heating temperature, heating size and heating time of different workpieces, the power and frequency of the medium frequency power supply will be different, and the furnace body of the medium frequency furnace will also be different. When the medium frequency furnace is used for heating metal, it is generally configured as an medium frequency power supply + inductor; when the medium frequency furnace is used for melting metal, it is generally configured as an medium frequency power supply + steel shell furnace body.

Personalized configuration of medium frequency furnace:

When the medium frequency furnace is used for metal heating, we call it heating furnace, diathermic furnace, medium frequency heating furnace, induction heating furnace, etc., and the configuration is also different. Configuration of medium frequency furnace cooling system

The cooling system of the medium frequency furnace is configured with pool + circulating pump, plate heat exchanger + circulating pump and closed cooling tower cooling.

The medium frequency furnace can be equipped with a temperature controller and a water controller, which can automatically adjust the temperature and automatically replenish water. The water supply temperature can be set according to the user’s needs, and the return water temperature can be automatically adjusted. When the water supply temperature exceeds the set temperature, it will automatically stop, and when the return water temperature is lower than the set temperature, it will automatically start.

The medium frequency furnace can be equipped with an LCD digital display, which can accurately and intuitively display the temperature of the water supply and the temperature of the return water. The water level in the medium frequency furnace can be displayed on the water level gauge, and the operator can clearly grasp the operation of the boiler.

The medium frequency furnace can be equipped with water control and sensor temperature adjustment alarms and can be transferred to the automatic protection system. When the medium frequency furnace fails, the corresponding indicator light will flash and automatically stop.
