Furnace lining Refractory Materials

Generally speaking, the design of an induction furnace starts with the selection of refractory materials and simulation experiments of the furnace lining.

Materials with a refractoriness higher than 1580°C are called refractory materials. The refractoriness of the lining material of the induction furnace is greater than 1650~1700°C.

Furnace lining materials are divided into acidic lining, neutral lining and alkaline lining.And the furnace lining material needs to have sufficient refractoriness, good chemical stability and insulation properties.
